Sesame and fennel crusted yellowfin tuna with a chilli and ginger dressing. Recipe taken from Taste.
It's a really nice combination, especially with the chilli dressing, but the flavour of the fish does get a bit lost in it all.

Next time I'll try it like the image in the recipe, go a quick fry and then slice it into small strips or cutlets. Hopefully that will balance the flavours a bit more.
