Estuary or Malabar Grouper ?
Just curious , both taste pretty good .

Estuary Cod above, I am pretty sure, just checked my ID book and they look almost identical.

I think that the Malabar Grouper has more defined spots through the cheeks and body. Below, still a tough one to determine.
