How much fun are they to catch!! What do you guys do with the bass up in those neck of the woods, are they all released?

Red Bass
This one only went 5.5kgs so it was kept. Tasted pretty good, although I was told they were too tough. I won't be keeping any more though, too many other higher-classed fish here. The locals love though (although they'll eat anything).
