The boat isnt wet because it was dry when it was being lifted (plus even if it was wet, it would be the hull only), and at the point in the picture, all the water is being pushed aside by the bow. I dont know how the boat could even be wet at that point in time.
Two reasons why there arent any ripples: its too early, the boat is going for the initial splash. It takes a bit of time for the first ripple to start. Second of all, the boat has a massive amount of displacement, so any 'ripples' will be much more like waves and due to the size of the boat and the water displacement, the distance between waves (i.e. wavelength) will be larger than you would see in the pic.
Watch what happens here. The ripples dont start until the initial splash starts coming down.
