Very nice BJ, I'd swap a coupla trout for those at the moment. They are all hiding bloody deep in the bombies and after a few of the wobbies I saw today, the hands weren't venturing in there very deep to go after them!  Did you get these guys on the fan coral or lumps?

Hey John we used to split them down the middle length ways spread Garlic Butter over flesh put them shell side down on BBQ plate and let them cook in the Garlic Butter add more as it melts YUMMY.

Tasty crays and not a bad drink to wash it down John.....doing it hard eh. On the bigger crays in particualr i tail, half cook on the bbq and then take out the meat (yes half hooked) them marinade in a sauce like satay then bbq that..........delish!
