Fish
All we use is a bare hook with a bit of yarn on it and some lead at the end of the leader then bounce it off the bottom of the river and there ya go
its an amazimg art to fine tune whats not the bottom of the river and whats a bite but when you get it theres no end of fish to be had

The Coho is the tastiest of
The Coho is the tastiest of them all but it also depends on what the have been eating Coho are usually a bright orange meaty fish and is a highlly sought after fish to eat Chinooks can also be a bright orange meat as well but they have a different taste and smell is very hard to explain
its somehting you would have to experince to understand it but in the same respect any fish that eats say like krill or shrimp usually there meat takes on that color and can either enhance the flavor or make it bland
there is also Chum Sockeye and Pinks Sockeye again being a most softafter fish with its deep red meat pinks and chum are usually caught for smoking and can have from pinkish to red and orange meat so if you managae to catch the red and orange meat ones they are awsome table fish
we usually have a feed of Pink Slamon in july when the river opens i take off in the wee hrs of the am and catch my limit of 4 fish in roughlly ten minutes then either play for a couple hrs or go home and enjoy the rest of the day
