Ive seen that on my sounder a number of times and wondered myself. Could be either in my opinion. The only way to see is to go back over it later and see if its still there.
Im thinking a cave ollie, due to the bottom losing signal bottom right. With fish schools the bottom should still return a strong signal and not fade away. Like tapout said go over it a few times in different directions and you will soon find out.

looks like fish to me too...
looks like fish to me too... wouldnt the bottom part of the echo be darker red not blue if it was a cave?? just a thought is all
