be carefull only spending
be carefull only spending that much as you would more likely end up with an old lemon that will cost you lots more, better off spending a bit more or just going for a tinny

Yeah I think the opinion
Yeah I think the opinion there is pretty much spt on. Its hard to get a reliable outboad for $3k, might be an idea to save up a lot more $$$.

I'd Recommend Rod at the Boat Shack
If he hasn't got something he can probably find you something. But I do agree with the others.....If you buy a $3K boat that's what you'll get.

I have a boat for sale
I have a 5m half cabin that I will be selling. The hull needs work, but I believe it is sea worthy. All the gear except epirb. Motor is a Suzuki 4 stroke, hasn't had its first service yet still under 50hrs. Runs like a dream and very economical.
The trailer needs a welding job, otherwise all good. All registered.
So if you are prepared to do some fiberglass work down the track, I'm open to offers. Better than paying a sales yard for a bodjy job and heaps of profit.
Regards
Ian.
