Sandy and I both enjoy a good feed of the old shark. When it's treated right from the start it's as good to eat as anything else out there in my opinion. It's what used to be at fish and chip shops and no one complained back then

Freezing it before eating it makes a heck of a difference.Not so tough and stringy

At certain times of the year in Carnarvon there is a plauge of juvenile bronzies from 2-3 foot long and they can be great fun on light tackle.I took one to ledge point as I was doing work there and I am not sure what the cray fisherman we were staying with did to it but we ate the lot
just do it.
