Shimano Stradic or Diawa Saltist. I know the stradic doesn't have a 4500 but check them out. I have a Stradic 5000 and love the reel for the price that it is. Good luck Alfred
The Daiwa Catalina is available in either regular (98cm/5.1:1), or high-gear (108cm/5.7:1).
The Daiwa Saltist, for some unfathomable reason, is only available in high gear (113cm/6.1:1).
Perhaps for jigging and the target price then the Exceller DA (4.7:1, 89cm) is a better choice for PE4?
PE3 you might get away with a 4000 size, but if its not a really good one you will blow it up.There are a lot of Daiwa models available with about 4.8:1 gearing and that gives you something like 85cm retrive, but of course that drops quickly as the spool empties in small reels.
If you can afford it get a catalina insanely good reels for the money (pretty much 85% saltiga parts) otherwise a saltist 4500 or stradic 8000 for your budget

I suspect that all the above suggestions may be out of my price range. Thinking along the lines of an Okuma V system 55a or 65a??

Okuma SalinaII 5000 or Daiwa
Okuma SalinaII 5000 or Daiwa Capricorn 4500j(Oceano) in the price range. SalinaII going for $150 on evilbay. Big drag for the money.
