Aboriginal fish names

I was just reading through the council minutes for the Shire of Roebourne and came across this snippet. It is the names for aquatic creatures used by the Ngarluma people from the Pilbara.
• barumbara ‘barramundi’
• gurngurn ‘blowfish’
• jiburr ‘oyster’
• nyamina ‘dugong’
• bilangara ‘stingray’
• winka ‘jewfish’
• wagari ‘fish’
• birra ‘conch shell’
• gajarlarra ‘catfish’
• jigurra ‘hairback herring’
• yirrawari ‘sawfish’
