On a positive side for freo,
On a positive side for freo, we haven't dropped anyone, just added three. I reckon ross the boss is just trying to get the side settled. If we go in unchanged, I think this will be good. Stats show sides that have the lowest ins / outs generally head well into September. Freo had issues early with injury and suspension.. things are just setiling down now and some stability is prevailing.

Fact - in 2006 the dockers were beaten in the preliminary final by sydney who then lost to the eagles in the gf... if you can't get that bit correct then the rest of your story has no credibility either :)
Looking forward to the next derby (freo home game - I'll be there) and watching the world's greatest forward line get smashed by the factually proven best defensive unit and the young, small and slow eagles midfield get smashed by a bigger stronger faster dockers midfield. Will be a pleasure to watch.
Fact - the eagles of 2014 are as crap as the eagles of 2013, and almost as crap as the wooden spoon team a few years ago.

Dot point (c) above sounds like a good old tanking philosophy to me. Problem is the eagles tried that a couple of years ago and as you say their recruiting / trading at the time was crap. Bit early to make the Freo won't win a premiership this year call. It's round eleven and Freo are well and truly in contention. A round two finish is still possible and will be a massive step toward that. No matter what you think I remain confident. :)
Looking forward to smashing quite a number of teams in the coming weeks. :D
