Can any one put me on to a tech(ish) sparky that can modify my transmig 175 to run a spool gun for small ali projects? I have googled my ass off for about 12 hrs - nothing!

What do you mean by spool
What do you mean by spool gun? Push pull handpiece? They are around 2-2.5 k a pop. Gentronics or G&S welders could probably help.

Gentronics is my go to
Gentronics is my go to welding/consumables outlet but alas they could not help. Seems like another case of WA (wait awhile) Hope we catch up one day. The yanks have been using spool guns over push pulls for years(not on comercial basis)
