almost time for snapper
yesss its almost my favrit part of the year winter nice strong sw blowing and the snapper chewing hard i have only ever got 2 masiv snapper land base never got a decent one on boat. i like land base fishing sometimes you never know what you will get off the beach just wondering whats the best place to get snapper around metro people alwase say north mole every time iv been there know one has got nuthing just my luck i gess. but me and a couple of mate went fishing at a beach south metro piced up 10 snapper all waying at least 8 kg bigest was 12kg now that was un expected witch most fishing is. so this post is all about were has every one got there unexpected snapper you dont have to say the actual place just south or north metro land base
2nd question weres the best place to get winter mullaway metro

wehave had a bit of luck
wehave had a bit of luck just up from the kiosk at north mole .during the storms in winter.but you cant fish there any more.the asi groyne after a big blow is one spot we will be trying this winter.
Stop complaining and get on with it !!

had close encounters on 3 occasions with pinkies at hillaries boat harbour. one was on a calm as day after a blow, and the others were in the middle of a storm at 1am in the morning.

went out today on the boat, hooked to small pinkies 1-2mile out from scarbs, only 35cm so they were released... if thats any help :s

dnt worry matty il get ya one off tha boat this year i just gotta hunt dwn a sounder/plotter for the right price when i get paid..
