American Nuclear Sub in Port

Anyone see the American sub come in yesterday morning, going to Garden Island. looked a bit worse for wear from being under the water too long. We were a bit too close, got the blue flashing light treatment and moved on.
Whats this about a 200 meter exclusion zone, where does one get this info from before one gets in the way?

Police escort
I was anchored near the shipping channel, but not in it. I thought that was legal.
Got moved away by the water police escort. They said there was a 200 meter exculusion zone.

only joking...lol
but security wise with the world is such a mess these days the Yanks and us are very careful after that attack on the cruiser with the run-about with explosives on it.
