Any advice on catching sharks

Hey I just brought a new overhead combo and was hoping to go out for a jetty fish soon unfortunately I don't have much knowledge could anyone please help on some rigs to use or even just some advice on what to do in general

i have been fishing the beaches quite a bit and the sharks have been biting like crazy! star sinker 60lb wire trace 4 gang hooks, bait - mulie. make sure you use burley to get them nice and close in!

Balloons
Another option if the winds are right is setting up a balloon rig to catch sharks!

Thanks for the help guys the only other question is what line should I be using right now I think I have 20 or 25 lbs line but I do have 60lbs witch one would be better or neither
