i always thought that
i always thought that beachfront was crown land so no one can claim as there private property so there should be access, and who can claim airspace, someone up that way smoking some green too much i think.
to fish or not to fish...as if there was an option.

I'm of the belief that
Unless the beach front has been artificially created then only the state gov or commonwealth has the power to restrict access, and as for air space that requires again state or commonwealth stature to restrict or close. As is the case of Lancelin NGS range area and that is only enacted at certain times.
It would be very interesting to see under what deed, legislation or law Virgin Reef Resort believe they have the right to act in such away.
If the beach front has not been created but is natural coast then let them eat cake.
