Mates had one on his patrol bout 2yrs, not garaged. Usually just throws some camping gear on top but have overloaded it with firewood on tracks near camp plenty of times & it's held up no worries. Looks almost as good as the day he got it actually. Quality of their stuff isn't usually too bad, though I wouldn't buy a fridge off them, most complaints I see are delivery times. I ordered my recovery gear & compressor though & had it within 8 working days. Other mates in Perth have had no problems either.
I bought one off there for my 76 series a while ago, only issue I had was the welding on the roof rack wasnt great and had holes / perosity in it so after a period of time the water got into the roof rack and started rusting it and caused rust marks down my car..... I cleaned it all off and sikaflexed the welds to prevent the water from getting in... didnt do it again after that, but then I sold the car so I dont know how its going now.
A mate of mine has just bought an ally one off Killa Concepts, thats the way Im going to go next for my 200 series... They are pretty cheap, light and ally doesnt rust
Yeah, I've read that the welds aren't that great and the powder coating is a little light on. I've got my eye on the tracklander but can't justify spending the coin. Those killa concepts look alot better
