ASI Groin this morning

Got down there at about 6:45am... fished til about 10:30... and there was nothing, not a bite and man was the water level low... real low. Anyone else go down there this morning and end up catching something?

one week later and the same
one week later and the same thing... no fish... 3 dolphins... good water level. I figure the dolphins would scare the crap out of the fish and make them less willing to venture out of their hiding spot, but even after the dolphins were gone the fish were nowhere to be found (at least.. not by me)
Whats the off season for herring/garfish (or slower season)? I had baits on the bottom as well and they weren't even touched. Ive cought plenty of fish at the same spot previously so I'm a bit perplexed.
Any idea would be much appreciated

Might be something to do
with the full moon, went to the toilet last night bright as a button out side, could see all the weeds in the backyard ha ha
