Looking at towing the boat down to Augusta next chance I get.
any reports of info on the new marina ramp?
also any hazards to be aware of? I've never fished from a boat down that way. Assume swell and wind considerations are similar to Perth water?

The ramp in the marina is pretty nice, never launched there myself but looks like a big upgrade from the old ramp

Augusta ramp
Hi chris g
the ramp is awesome its got plenty of room for parking with a great long finger jetty with plenty of depth.
i would head east and look for ground don't head around to the lighthouse unless you are very confident with your boat and sounder .Good luck when you go mate.

Hey pedro
what sort of depth should you be looking for, I'm heading down next month for the first time.
Cheers, any info would be great.

hi marine boy
heading east towards black point this time of year it doesn't really matter what depth the snapper come right in to the shallows but my favorite depth ranges from 30 to 40 m
