Bagged out with Snapper

Took the kids down to the Recfishwest snapper release this morning to see the little snappers on there merry way.
Told these little fellas were just 110 days old, only 5 years more for legal size and to make to my dinner plate. lol

I'm sure they will grow up to be very keen and responsible fishermen. Hope the boys had heaps of fun releasing MY future dinner! Lol

I would estimate there would have been a crowd of 300. There was enough snapper to release for my kids to go back for another bag to release which kept them happy.

They looked to be 70 or 80mm long.

Most the fingerlings were 50mm long with a few larger ones around 60mm.
