hillaries
I was kayak fishing in the harbour on tuesday night and there was bulk mullet hanging out behind that restaurant near the boat ramp. As for snook/pike there was plenty out in the dark water taking very lightly weighted white bait, as for tailor we found bulk white bait hanging out off the beach near the water park, and the choppers and herring were having a feild day in there before the dolphins came through, the size on the choppers may have been touch and go tho we caught two on live sand whiting but didnt measure them before releasing would have been close tho. Short answer is you wont have trouble finding bait in the Harbor. Good luck

fished Mindarie boardwalk
fished Mindarie boardwalk last Sunday morning ( the part on The Boat side which isn't restricted before i get accused. . .) and a few schools of xos mullet cruised past a few times, attracted by the berley my daughter was feeding the blowies with lol! have also 'accidentally ' jagged them off the small groyne casting towards the mansions. not sure if a throw net is allowed in there? otherwise a stick type float, thinnest fluorocarbon leader you can find and dough on a tiny hook will get them. Hillarys good too

Snook
I tried Rous head last night and managed 3 snook (2 size) in about an hour of throwing lures. All just on dark as Peg had mentioned. If the wind isnt stinging through tomorrow evening Im gonna head down again as Ive got a couple of hours to burn.
