Bait supplies in Coral Bay
Submitted by Iceman on Tue, 2018-08-28 11:36
Heading up to Coral Bay in a couple of weeks and just wondering what the bait supplies and quality are like.
Will be taking a small freezer and thinking of taking my own supply with me. Will be land based and kayak fishing so looking at Mulies and Squid.
thanks

The supermarket has a decent
The supermarket has a decent range of tackle and they have heaps of bait in the freezers... but it aint cheap though for anything including food. I highly suggest rethinking your food and trying to take as much dry stuff as you can to cook up and saving the fridge space for the things you need to be kept cold.

Seasoned Campers
We are seasoned campers so yep will be taking a lot of dry food. Will be taking 2 waeco fridges. One as fridge and the other freezer so no problem with keeping food cold. Main issue is the quality of the bait. Happy to support the local shops but not if bait crap. Have been to CB before but not for a while.
