Hi all,
Just bought a Shimano Rarenium 2500 reel for my new Samurai 203 rod, i'll be fishin freshwater for trout and saltwater for Bream and Flattys.
I'm after a light but tough line to tackle these fish and just wondering what other fishos out these suggest.
Cheers,
Marc

Great reels i know someone
Great reels i know someone that has 3 now , i have the 2500 myself,,i would suggest 8 & 6 pound sunline PE in Orange (8) and Green (6), with the 10 kilo of drag on offer i was told to go to the higher line strenghts, good advice i am not sure ? But they cast well,,
Normally am a 4 pound crystal fireline type of bloke, the Rareiums the best reel i have ever seen in that price range i reckon it will serve you well,,Good luck,,
Good tip on the Exceed Ryan, might check that out myself,

hi guy's i just loaded up my CI4 C3000 Rarenium with 8lb yamamoto saltwater in blue, bloody good line thin as, smooth aswell. not cheap for 150metres but well worth it if you are putting on a quality reel i say.
stoked that i got my 3000 though, only 200 been sent into Australia. and not bad for $170.00 either.
to fish or not to fish...as if there was an option.
