Rod to Suit
Hey Ty!
I was the fella speaking to you last night. Squidding with my Stradic FI & T-Curve Rev.
Not sure if you'll find them down here, but the Paul Worsteling Shimano rods look the goods. I'm sure theres a 2-4kg set-up amongst them. Quite a few in the range too.
Bluewater Melville have them all on sale ATM too, so if ya get a chance head up there and grab one @ 30% off!

Berkley Dropshot 2-4kg $89 at
Berkley Dropshot 2-4kg $89 at bcf at the moment. It's 6'6" though so I don't know if that exta 6" is a real problem to you. IMO you won't find a better rod for the price. If that extra 6" is a deal breaker though then maybe the 1-3kg Shimano Raider Kayak ($119) would be worth checking out, though I personally think it will feel off balance with a 2500 size reel under it.
Just because I smile & nod does not mean I believe the crap coming out of your mouth.
