Went in september
Went late september last year and it was beautiful, fishing was great too.
Bagged out on the charter and had to head back in a little early and the cleaning stations were chockers each day. Very little wind and had some luck fishing the beaches n saw one bloke pull a decent spangly from the marina
Weather was good for snorkelling but did get a bit cool after a long stint in the water. Locals were saying it was the coldest it had ever been for that time of year, high 20s low 30s from memory.
Ive only been the once but hope that helps

March and april are usualy
March and april are usualy the better weather , june/july are also pretty good weather wise .. id prefer strong tidal movment to keep the sharks down but that makes bottom fishing harder

if your looking for a house you gotta book very early always tent it at people's park with boat in tow
