Big whiting , small sharks

 My mid week session wasn't too bad. Ended with some thumper whiting and 3 small sharks. All still good for a feed

 Your spot on about the taste. Yeah I eat a fair amount of fish but also freezing a fair bit to take home for my mum and Sandy along with all the trimmings for my dog

 Dry the spine out after you have filletted it Russ, your dog will reckon you are the best human ever when he gets to chew on it. Never seen a dog that didn't love shark cartiledge
