Black Pistol Fire - rockin' live set

These guys are a bit like the Black Keys were before they got all radio friendly - they rock more though.

It's a half hour set with a bit of chat in the middle, if you can't be bothered with the whole thing this is the last song of the set - gives you an idea of the bluesy rock mayhem they play:

The guitarist has got some pretty mad riffs. The drummer is like a hairy Charles Manson, he's got more fill-ins than my social basketball team though.  Pretty cool.

The second song, Crow's Feet, is a blinder too.

tim-o glad you liked it mate, it gives me a buzz every time I watch it.  Awesome stuff.

Doooma - not at all bluesy but they've got a great sound for a 2-piece, until the lead opens his mouth.  That voice needs some work!

Thanks Ben - hadn't heard of them before and loved their dirty bluesy rock sound so much I just got their album Hush or Howl.

Took me back to seeing The Black Keys in 2003 at the Charles Hotel on their Thickfreakness tour!
