Hopefully it is kind to you. I felt best when i was up and about doing stuff. Sitting down working (from home) had me feeling like rubbish with my head running all day.
I had the fire throat too, only lasted a few days luckly.
Mums 78, just caught it sent her a bit loopy. had to get Doc and Psychologist visit, coming good now but they stated she was a lucky one as a lot of elderly have a bad turn due to it.
I've just done round 2, first time knocked me over for 3 days, thankfully this time I barely knew I had it. Hope you get well and back out slaying squid soon
Not good and hope it passes quickly, fortunately I have dodged a bullet so far.
Arrogant pricks at working bringing in the flu and wiping their shitty hands everywhere, blows my mind when can can work from home 5 days a week if needed and IS encouraged.
I hear people talking at work and wonder how covid and the flu spreads so rapidly, fark me !
Finally found me on Saturday. Throat was the worst I've had along with headache, body aches and chills. By Sunday it was a lot better and nothing now so I've been lucky.
I thought I was never going to get it . Heaps at work had it. And people in house . I thought it was a myth ( bang). Bugger ,got a heap of work done on boat /serviced car . Heaps better today still showing strong positive . But symptoms slowly fading. Energy still a little low
So I am getting on a plane tomorrow night for Ireland then across to Scotland for the Tattoo then a canal boat on the Shropshire Union Canal then further south for a month ......have a great couple of months and take care of yourselves.

Yeh
Cant say I had a fun time, copped tonsillitis at the same time to go with the fire cough. Certainly changed my opinion on it a bit.

Energy
The Energy drain seems to be pretty common and one of the last symptoms to go.
