From what i know Sherb!
There's 3 older guys that are in their 70's to my knowledge that beach catch with nets at Safety Bay/Rockingham area etc and they fish everyday but target all stuff so bluebait is a bycatch.
The Geograph Bay commercial operators still chase baitfish but blue bait is a by catch. Once the commercial's are banned (area closed) down at Geo which they're going to do their will be very little if none in the next 2 years from what i'm hearing!

Yes it will suck big time
Yes it will suck big time not having the commercials net the bejesus out of the salmon down there and then also not hack into the bottom of the food chain trophic level that the salmon rely on by removing the blue bait. LOL.
Don't worry sherbert you'll survive without geo bay bluebait.
And Ryan while you might not have blue bait to sell think of how many more poppers will go out the door once the salmon are left alone in Geo Bay!! More money in that anyway. More pros than cons in losing pro netting in geo bay.

They always seem to have plenty whenever I have been there. PM Brenz, he will know if they still have some in stock.
