Boat deck paint

Hey all
I'm sick of my boat carpet and want to try something else. Don't want to spend a fortune though. I've been reading a bit about the deck paints that are slip resistant. Can anyone recommend one?
So far I have been looking at

Flowcoat
Flowcoat is what most of my mates are using, can be applied with a textured roller for the non slip effect

Painting deck
Mate, sand down deck with 180g or 120g on sander prime with 2 pack epoxy, (hempels or jotun ) once dry sand with 180g, buy some hempels pearls and mix into jotun or hempels 2 pack topcoat and apply with a foam roller, its great non skid, easy on the feet, when painting Bertrams and the like we put it on all the non skid areas, won't take skin off like sand in paint, Ps use an orbital sander on the deck and mask up to get a pro job.
