Boat Hull thicknesses
Submitted by Paul200990 on Wed, 2019-09-25 07:12
had my boat in for some additional stuff to be added to it. Wanted to know the thickness on the hull sheets.
came back with 5mm transom and 4mm side and what most surprised me was 4mm kewl sheets. I dono if this sounds right to me or if it was even legal to have it this thick?
the boat is. 6.2 plate 7.3loa.

Can't help but LOL at Kewl...
4mm bottom sounds fine.
It is the best spot to have weight in the form of thicker plate but not necessary unless you plan to sit the boat on rocks.
