I believe Ocean Reef sea sports club have space in their Hard Stand area, but you have to be a member which is quite costly after the nomination fee

The ORSSC is a great club

The ORSSC is a great club with monthly fishing comps and an awesome area to have a meal and a beer outside. I think the boat storage fees are around $600 per year. They have two open days per year with reduced joining fees in March and October, otherwise the nomination fee is $500 once off and the annual fee is $415 for the family. We've got young kids, so it's great for us to go and have a beer as we live close ($10 in an Uber). I'll be using the storage area once my boat is on the water.
