boaty warning for woddys ramp

just a heads up..i was heading in the other night back to woddys ramp and just as i got to the concrete jetty,the one u turn just before seeing the ramps..a couple of fellas called me over and asked if i could back up my boat with there crab net to unsnag it..i helped them out and got there net unsnagged but in the mean time my prop picked another rope up,at the same time as we were pulling the guys net up it snagged another net..i got the prop cleared and the nets out but when we came in close with the spotty we could see about 20 loose rope ends where people have got there nets snagged and cut the ropes just above the water line..
my advice if coming or going from woddys ramp is stay well clear of the corner to save alot of hassle..

good warning for those that cut it fine. not good to have rope wraped around the prop and it could cause some major damage to the motor. get any crabs in the net tho

haha nah no crabs..you dont really need to cut it fine to get hooked up..the nets are getting thrown out from the corner so once the rope is cut its floating about 20metres of..

I wonder if maybe some one
I wonder if maybe some one whos been out for a snorkel or sometihng could jump over and cut them down a bit ont heir way back in.... at least a couple of meters down? Not much of an issue for me as a yakker but I still wouldn't want to see some one run into trouble there.
