gday all
i was wonderin what the bream fishin is like in the swan this time of year, coz the other day we beached the boat up to a little bank in the swan and saw about 50+ bream scattered all over the sand flats.

But the fresh water coming down the Swan forces them further downstream.

If anybody wants to check out the bream in the river be at the Matdilda bay foreshore (Nedlands i think ?)
W.A's best bream fisher folks will be weighin in the catch at 2pm tommorow (sunday)
Just watch out for the road closures around Perth for the charity run.

a mate got 3, 40+ fish and
a mate got 3, 40+ fish and about a dozen 23-25cm fish along shelley foreshore yesterday, on berkley gulp nuclear chicken 3", 1/8oz jig head, but we got a bit of rain last night this morning, so my guess they'd be holding in deep water somewhere, deepwater point, blackwall reach area at a guess?? maybe wrong
