Has any one fished the Bunno artificial reef?
Thinking of giving it a crack to see if any sambos are about...Is it worth it?
Cheers.

From what
ive heard those who have fished it have either done very poorly or are keeping their cards close to their chest.
Similar story with the one off Dunsborough.

A few months ago i got back to the boat ramp and there was a lady there from merdock uni doing a servey about the artificial reefs.
I told her i have fished there and never caught anything and that i believe its too new and doesnt have any coral groath on it yet.
She did say thats what most people said aswell.

I've driven over the Bunbury reef once. Saw a large arc on the sounder hanging just off the edge of one of the structures. I've never fished it tho.
