Local Knowledge doesnt come easily
esspecially over the web. Best approach jamie is to try different ground every time you go out. Set your sounder up right and just enjoy the exploring side of fishing. And when you find some good fish, its even more more rewarding.

thats right southcity
the hardest part for some people to overcome is having the patience to "explore", that many people i have known will not spend more than 10 minutes looking for fish or sounding for good ground!!, the only way you can consistently catch good demersal fish is to set aside some part of each fishing trip to sound around and find fish and "fishy" ground, until over time you have built up a series of reliable g.p.s. spots, that you can "farm" (go to selectively from time to time) good luck Jamie

Agree with Ryan on that one
Agree with Ryan on that one mate i have been fishing Bunno consistently for the last 6 years from my own boat and until the last couple of years things were quiet.Lots of looking, but the last 2 seasons have been great consistently picking up Dhu, Pinks and KG's mostly.Previous to fishing Bunno fished of the capes for 10 or so years and it took time to find ground there as well.Hey 499 you keep going to your 2 spots and that will mean more fish for me LOL.
