Hey guys. I finally got down to the jetty this arvo for a bit of a walk and a flick for Herring.

Good to see loads of people out having a look at the new structure and alot of fisho's too.

One issue i've spotted from a fishing point of view is that there are hand rails on both sides for the first 500m and also the last 200m before the Observatory. Will certainly make Squidding and landing larger fish even more challenging and difficult.

From what i could see blind Freddy could catch Herring out there at the moment due to the huge amount you could see schooling in the water and what was bursting out of some fisho's buckets. Fisheries anyone??? Anyway...Personally i did manage to spin up a few Herring and 3 size Tailor from near the end.

Also quite a few ink stains on the new concrete for all you squidders out there.
