Sorry mate as far as I know there`s no hire boats in Samson. Pilbara sea charters operate out of here. Big bucks but a pretty good operation from what I`ve been told.
I have a been out fishing with them at Pilbarra Sea Charters, Peter, great day, good fishing, good quality gear supplied, brilliant boat (Cattatude), good food and enjoyable fishing trip, bit expensive but there is no other charter in the area. Worth getting a group together and try and bargain for a better price.

It was a joke played on the Falcons captain by his teammates they also avertised his boat for $27000(it is for sale at $75000) `hes not a happy camper phone rang off the hook
It was about 18 months ago, and from memory was $320. Dear by Perth standards, but the fishing up there is a little bit better than most other areas. It is great boat and the service was friendly and very enjoyable. I had my own gear but theirs was good quality and we were well looked after. I am not sure if they are even still doing charters, they may be tied up with the offshore gas and mining etc. More constant income with less overheads. They had a web site, would be advisable to check that out or the owner was residing at the new caravan park in Samson, has an F350 with signwriting on the sides, you cant miss them.

Talking about cray boats selling up I've just heard that all the crayboats have sold up in Seabird so no pro boats up here this year. Rec fishers not the only ones not getting their quotas.
