Changing grips?

Hey all.
I've had my egi force for nearly 3yrs now and im thinking about retirering it to boat squidding. Im going to get either the egi force type B or somthing along those lines later on. ( need to save)
Im now toying with the idea of making the rear grip one piece so it sits in the holder better and i think ill like the look good with a solid grip on it as well as balancing it out as its tip heavy.
My question is, Who does this sort of work to rods and how much will is cost roughly? Do i just take it to a normal tackle store or do i have to take it elsewhere?
Cheers Danno

Tackle store
Any of the bigger stores that have rod building / custom facilities can certainly help you out.
Depending on the grip you want and the taper of the blank ( at the bottom ) - these guys usually have something in stock that you can match up and fit - no worries.
If everyone concentrated on the best things in life .... There would definately be a shortage of Fishing Rods !!!
