Wanting to get into a bit of spearfishing . Found one on ebay but got out bidded Need one that is not to expensive but good for beginers .
Have read alot about what you all use but really only know that one end you fire from and the other has a spear in it that goes into the fish
No really I want a midium priced one that is easy to use in the water so if anyone has one they want to sell or any advise would be great .

spearguns again
Check out this website,
The Pelaj guns are pretty good and for the price this is not bad at all (pelaj venom) As a first gun will be a great starting point and if you like it then you can work up from there.
Seahornet magnums are also not bad and slightly cheaper for another option. Thing about spearing is the guns are pretty expensive when you start moving up in the range.
Also give Hookah dive in Wangarra a call and talk to him explaining what you are after and he is full of information and will give you a good price. The other option is Powerdive in Mosman Park (speak to Aaron)
Hope this helps but should give you something to work from.
