Cheap Lures Online
Submitted by bozza on Fri, 2009-11-20 17:48
Hey all Iam a new member of the site.
Have a fishing trip booked in Exy for mid March next year and was keen to load up on some new lures. Does anyone know of any good american websites with cheap lures. Its obviously a good time to buy with the exchange rate.
Any help appreciated
Cheers

What are you targetting and
What are you targetting and what sort of fishing will you be doing?
Can't beat Halco lures....WA made for WA fish from trolling for mackies to casting metals at tuna and throwing big poppers for trevs
You might get other brands cheaper overseas......but Halco lures are tried and proven all round.

Try Cabela's...
...big US online tackle dealer. Rapala x-rap Mag 30's for $17US. They retail for around $30 here. Will dive to 9 metres at speeds up to 12 knots. After the currency exchange they are a few bucks more than any of the Halco trolling lures but have a far better finish and don't need to be constantly tweaked to maintain the swimming action. Were the ducks nuts for chasing (and getting) spaniards and SBT's at Jurien for us last Easter.
