Cockburn Sound gummy

Hit the Sound last night after not having been out for quite a while. Scored this gummy and lost at least one other. Had a few unstoppable rays come through and picked up a few herring on the surface while we were waiting for the heavier rods to go off.

Thanks lads, been wanting to
Thanks lads, been wanting to get one for a while so it was a good feeling to cross him off the list.
After cleaning and bagging him for the freezer I've got to say I'm pretty sold on them . I slapped a fillet on the bbq while I was cleaning it and was impressed with the flavour, and there's such little waste from them too... with hardly any bones you can use almost all of it.
German I think I was fishing on 90% sand mate, I'm still trying to suss out my sounder so I'm not totally sure but we didn't pull up any weed on the anchor and couldn't feel it on our lines either. For the record we were only in about 10m.
