Most mornings on the way to

Sat, 2012-02-11 20:09

Most mornings on the way to work I have seen boaties on either side of the Canning Bridge, on the edge of the markers on the freeway side.  That is all that I see most mornings on the way to work.

Try the deep water around Blackwall Reach and Mosman Bay, I have also done well on the east side of Pt Walter in the deep water, plenty of big blueys around, dont be shy to move around a bit they are there somewhere!

Tried out from the Magestic on the deeper side

last week 30 pots pulled = 1 crab. Went deep managed 10 more but hard work. Been out [two of us] three times this season for a average of 10 crabs not bad but looks to me to be a slow year.

i see a lot of crab pots being dropped around the swan brewery along riverside drive

they must be catching some reasonable numbers of crabs there for all the boats going there all the time
