Cranka Crab

is anyone using one (cranka crab) and catching bream on them yet? I got smashed on my very first cast with one but it spat it which was all for the rest of the session with it (4hours) I must have had anothe bite later because one of the hooks was squashed but didnt feel it. Just wanting to hear if anyone else is having the same problem. Blowies love them too hey
