Hang onto it - never know

Hang onto it - never know when it will needed. I had one for 5 years when in Exmouth and it caught some

very big fish and a lot of normal fish.

I lent it my Rsole son when he did a army trip to Learmonth and that was the last I saw of it

As stated - a fair bit of drag but would stop nearly anything short of pulling the plug out if the hooks caught the reef

7000c

 I have a 7000c that i always take away as a "spare".

Had it for absolute years & i guess its a sentimental thing but i know if one of my new units fails for some reason, i can still fish.

Proven to be unbreakable, but i guess things that are simple normally always are.

I replace the grease now & then and wash it out with all my others after use.

Run 15kg braid on it for beach or boat.

Your choice but if it still works well, why ditch it....
