Hey just wanted to know if anyone has used a Daiwa Morethan for demersal jigging and what rod matched to .....or anything really.
Any feedback on the reel would be great. Cheers

Great reel. It's the saltiga of the small spinners. Had a 3012 on a temple reef mytho 1.5-3. Sold it to go overhead on the exact same rod. The steez is the next one up but it has the zaion body. The morethan has the aluminum body.

I have all 3 models and love
I have all 3 models and love em can't say iv ever done any jigging with em shouldn't be a problem as i use mine more for shore based spinning bottem bashing squiding whiting night fishing for snapper and trolling u name it but i would definitely lean towards the new 3500 model iv managed to get 300 meters of 38 pound ocea line on it that would stop most thing's.
