Heading out tomorrow around 10:00 AM for a quick fish off the back of the 5 behind GI with Aaron from Safety Bay Tackle. 6.2 Chivers Hammerhead with room for at least one more. Prefer someone with experience fishing the back of the 5 if possible as I am fairly new. Call me at 0419620159 if interested.
Anyone had any luck this weekend back of the 5? Shot out yesterday for a quick 1 hour session back of GI for some whiting.....caught a fat Tarwhine & Sweep but no whiting........good tucker last night!!!!

Did you have the 460 out
Did you have the 460 out wide in the wind or did you stay inside? We anchored up on some lumps covered with fish on Friday in 28 metres but couldn't even get a bite? Hoping to at least hook into a big sambo tomorrow!

yeah mate, headed out to 36m on Friday morn, was a bit hairy. Then wind died around lunch and my leave pass expired...dammit. Fish could be my old mates...wrasse...lol

if your after whiting hit
if your after whiting hit the 30mtr mark , you could also get some kgs flatties and if your anchored and burley up you could entice the pinkys or sambo for fun
