Deep jig session

Shot out wide last week and found a nice patch of puka , good fun on the jigs when the wind and current play the game
Last few pictures are from Saturday, couple of solid dhus and a couple of harlequin all on the same vibe

It can be a risk running out wide even when the weather is good as the current can be running up to 4kts but I use a website that updates the current speed and direction every day that really does help , had more current in 46m Saturday !!

Perfect size for jigging, I know you get the big boys also but just a nice size to jig in 300 m
Looking after the back and then your able to go for a Dhue bash later in the week
