Deep Sea Dory

A major and International fast food chain has recently advertised "DEEP SEA DORY" as the fillet in a "burger"

I have never heard of the fish, the only DORY I am aware of in Oz are the JOHN and the MIRROR, none on which would provide the fillets necessary to sell the amount of burgers that this company would be trying to sell to make  money

Is there such a fish and can they provide enough meat to sell the burgers of a fast food chain, or are they on the con ?

Phil

I had a fish pack at Red

I had a fish pack at Red Rooster once. Was purely for research purposes I swear. Was honestly the worst tasting fish I have ever had. Truely tasted like soap. I actually took a second bite to confirm the taste.

Is that it? Doesn't look like you'd get many fillets off it.

they hav come a long way from the pre battered bassa they used to sell. as far as the barra burger, it was barra but an imported barra. not too sure on the new fish tho. would be interesting to see how long this lasts
